Excellent Customer Service! Knowledgeable sales people! Willing to answer all our questions! Employees understand the importance of building a relationship with the customer over time. Porsche Bellevue e Willing to answer all our questions! Employees understand the importance of building a relationship with the customer over time. Porsche Bellevue exceeds all our expectations for a Porsche Dealership. We have a Porsche Dealership 10 minutes from our home, yet we choose to drive 400 miles round-trip for the excellent customer service at Porsche Bellevue! This is our second new Porsche purchase from Porsche Bellevue. We are on their waiting list for our third new Porsche. More
From the start to the finish this was one of the best car purchasing that I’ve ever had. I found the car that I have been looking for and sent a message and was contacted promptly and was able to reserve the purchasing that I’ve ever had. I found the car that I have been looking for and sent a message and was contacted promptly and was able to reserve the vehicle within minutes. I drove up and picked up the car a few days later. I was given a fair price for my trade-in and the vehicle they were selling was as beautiful in person as it was in photos. I was treated professionally throughout. It won’t be my last purchase with them. I drove 360 miles round trip to do business with them and have zero regrets. More
I’m in the restaurant business ((Von’s 1000PIRITS•Sharps Roasthouse)) and therefore well acquainted with the labor shortage. But this IS! Porsche after all. I’ve call four times at various times and there’s always a wait. Fifth time I waited it out for 25 minutes to eventually be connected to a very nice young lady who knew nothing eg is my 2020 Cayenne Turbo under warranty for its first service? Nor could she contact anyone to answer the Q. I’m sorry to say this’s the worst retail/service experience since…seriously I can’t recall one this bad for years. Sorry Bellevue Porsche, you flunked. The sales and financial staff at Porsche Bellevue fell quite short of my expectations for a Porsche dealer. Commitments and assertions were made on the sales floor that later proved to be incorrect. But quite short of my expectations for a Porsche dealer. Commitments and assertions were made on the sales floor that later proved to be incorrect. But the most critical failing is that eight weeks after driving the CPO Porsche off the lot, Porsche Bellevue has failed to forward any certificate of title (current, past, or temporary) to me or the vehicle registration agency in my home state and home county. Additionally, Porsche Bellevue compelled me to pay my state's sales tax and vehicle registration fees to them, but there have been no monies received by my state's tax department nor by my county's vehicle registration office, nor has Porsche Bellevue even claimed to have done so. I cannot register the vehicle in my home state and cannot get plates or registration emblems. I cannot legally drive the vehicle that I purchased from Porsche Bellevue because the dealer has not followed through with the necessary documentation of the sale. Porsche Bellevue has stopped responded to my repeated inquiries. If you have a choice, I recommend that you use another dealer. More
Porsche Bellevue provided the best car buying experience. They were helpful, honest, and kind. They are very knowledgeable about all cars on their lot. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Deceptive business practices and super poor customer service. Doesn’t seem like they care much about you after you’ve spent a couple hundred thousand dollars on a vehicle. Very dissatisfied. service. I was interested in a 911 and was close to making a purchase but was met with a two-faced salesperson - Ron. He was accommodating at first, but once I asked more questions and expressed that I needed purchase but was met with a two-faced salesperson - Ron. He was accommodating at first, but once I asked more questions and expressed that I needed more time to think about it, he immediately became impatient and straight up rude. Truly unprofessional and would avoid at all costs. Take the extra drive to a different dealership. More

Ron seemed nice online and at first, in-person so we came in to test drive the S6. We went on the test drive and came back and he seated us in the showroom and everything was going great. We started asking him questions and after about 30 minutes of back and forth he left us again to discuss amongst ourselves. My fiance brought up a few questions to me and the next time he came up to us she asked him one of the questions. This is when he clearly got frustrated and short with us. First off he didn't even answer her question and just jumped into the fact that we would need to decide if we wanted the car now or not at all since his financer was leaving. Not wanting to be pressured into a sale we said we would wait.. Now, we know a $40k loan may not seem like a big deal in a Porsche dealership but we had valid concerns to talk through and questions for him and instead of treating us nicely and trying to find out if the financer could wait a little longer he immediately said "You can see yourselves out" to us... I have never been treated like that before. It was aggressive and unwarranted when all we were trying to do was buy a car from your dealership. Then just about an hour after arriving home I got an email from him telling me that the car sold and that the buyer will be taking delivery of it tomorrow at 2:30. It's one thing to email me saying sorry but the vehicle has been sold. But why would he go out of his way to say something petty about the delivery time like that to me? Clearly Ron needs to be evaluated as a salesman because his actions were childish and unprofessional. More
Poor Experience at Porsche Bellevue This review comes from an experience I had back in December but still resonates because of the recent great experience I had with the dealership I cho This review comes from an experience I had back in December but still resonates because of the recent great experience I had with the dealership I chose over Porsche. The great service center at Land Rover Bellevue reminded me of the terrible experience I had at Porsche Bellevue. My husband and I went to Porsche to look at a used vehicle they had for sale. We started the process of buying by submitting our credit and received confirmation that this car would be held for us. We then received a call later that night saying that the car was sold to the next buyer. After asking how that could happen because I was given confirmation, the manager responded that he didn't know, would look into it, contact his GM the next day, and call me back. 2 days went by and I did not receive a call back. I wrote an email to the GM to explain my experience and was also not contacted back by this person. This dealership took our personal information of SSN for a credit check and then never contacted us again. I can't believe this dealership is able to do business like this. I contacted the BBB and even through that Porsche Bellevue failed to respond to me. This dealership is awful and in my opinion cannot be trusted. More
