Exceeded my expectations! Had a flat tire and no other tire dealer in the area was able to one, get the original factory tires and two, get me on their schedules that week. Andrew, Doug and Mike found that I only needed one tire and located one in stock, saving me from having to buy four tires from any one else. Andrew said he'd get someone to fit me in, and the tire was changed the next morning. To top it off, he arranged for Doug to give me a ride home. I was able to make it over the mountains on Friday for the funeral . This experience solidified my loyalty to Porsche of Bellevue and I am very grateful for helping me out in a clutch! More
