Did not receive an entire vehicle! Because of the rural area I live in I decided to expand my search to out of state dealerships after an attempt with Carvana. Buyer beware of dealing out of state with this dealership. They might basically know about Porsches….but not about other used makes or model vehicles. And for a company that prides themselves on 43% of their business coming from out of state…you would think they could provide detailed instructions for registration of your new vehicle in your state. But no they can’t! Nor do they take care or pride when dealing not in a face to face matter. Once they have your money you are on my own. They even cancel the 5day 250 mile return policy! That should have told me something. I took my vehicle once received to my mechanic for a used vehicle inspection. 3 major components…bad tires, not all 4 matched on an all wheel drive vehicle, the cargo privacy hatch cover was just missing, and finally a 5 year old battery with less than 20% charge. And they told me the warranty does not cover any of those items! I finally registered a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. STAY AWAY! More

Seemless process. It took six months to get the car from time of making the deal to the time the car was delivered to the dealership. The pickup process went smoothly thanks to the kvery nowledgabel and personable Director of Sales and even though it was at the end of a long day he still stuck around after he was planning to go home to make sure we were satisfied. Not quite a full five stars overall since the push to get us to purchase additional warranty coverage and maintenance services was just a little more intense than anticipated, so that hour at the deralership did ever-so-slightly take away from the overall buying experience. But overall, this seems to be a very good dealership with a spotless showroom, well stocked waiting area, organized & tidy service garage; all supported by a team of what appears to be seasoned professionals within Finance and Sales. More
