Dealer systems and management are very disjointed and do not provide staff with ability to effectively service prospective customers. I was notified twice that the car I had reserved was sold. Calls to th not provide staff with ability to effectively service prospective customers. I was notified twice that the car I had reserved was sold. Calls to the dealership were not able to clearly determine the status of the car and messages to management unreturned. Only after personally going in and questioning staff was the car able to be located. Horst was helpful to resolve the situation locating the car and assisting to complete the sale. However, it was a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration caused by confusion and lack of communication. More
