I took my car in for a “recall“ service and was offered a loaner car. When I got there I was told it wouldn’t take very long, did I still want the loaner. I had my Porsche 911 Turbo S 2016 intermediate 6y (or 60k) service done although it only has 27k mileage. Handled by service advisor Lee Van. Some non-Porsche facilities would have done it cheaper but would not have replaced certain items (like the drivebelt), but for such a high end car it seems it is just better to follow the Porsche original guidelines and not to cut corners. Job well done. Good service, fast and efficient also during checkout. When I told I was running late for a meeting the final paperwork was really sped up, so I got to my meeting on time. Thanks Lee! I intend to continue to use the dealership services going forward. More
