FIrst, we brought our car at our appointed time - fairly early AM - and they told us they wouldn't even look at it until the next day AND no loaner was available. Next, we specified a phone number for communications and they repeatedly communicated with the wrong contact info for the entire service, (even when reminded) forcing my wife to relay communications to me. The service rep blamed "the system." Finally, they said they needed to perform 3 hour "parking brake pad adjustment" service ($1K!) before they could diagnose the fault - in spite of the fact there seem to be many reports of faulty control modules for my issue. Felt like they were trying to offset the cost of some of the warrantee work they were going to have to do. More

Service is high priced, but delivers on the work for my Cayenne. Several extraneous items they say you should are needed sprinkled with definitely optional things. Their service department has forgotten how to treat customers, my last experience was absolutely horrible and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to pay for their mechanics mistake to replace a part t customers, my last experience was absolutely horrible and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to pay for their mechanics mistake to replace a part that they broke. If you bought your porsche second hand and bring it to them you will be treated as a second class citizen. More
