I recently had a 80,000 mile service on my 2017 Macan. The cost of the service was significantly higher than expected. A week later a red warning light came on due low coolant level. I parked my vehicle for an hour to let it cook before heading to the nearest Auto Zone to purchase coolant. Whoever serviced my vehicle did not check the fluid levels during the service. I should receive a partial refund for the work not actually performed. More

I made an appointment for annual service on my Cayman. At the time, I requested to drop off my car on the afternoon the day before my appointment and asked for a service loaner. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was informed there was no loaner available and they did not know when one would become available. I was told someone would call me when a loaner was available. I left. A couple of hours later I was notified a loaner was available and I returned. The rest of the appointment continued without issue. Not having a pre-arranged loaner available when reserved was inconvenient and poor service. This is not the experience that should happen at a dealership that aspires to achieve superior service.
