We had a great experience at AutoNation in Spokane! Tallon was professional, yet had a good sense of humor, answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. The present service is fine but I had to remind my rep that I had a special factory credit for regular service up to 20000 miles because of the several month delay in vehicle delivery. I should not have had to remind them and it was a potentially sizeable 4 figure error. I had to prove the matter with an email which I had saved from two years ago. Just lucky that it was still on my computer. I do not blame my service rep--he indicated there was nothing in his data base which told him this. Not sure who is responsible for the error. More
