The transition to Auto Nation resulted in a noticeable degradation of service levels, especially when trying to set appointments on the web or over the phone. Nicole has consistently been a terrific service advisor: professional, attentive, friendly and communicative. BUT, it still takes an astonishingly long time to get my car through a service appointment. They had my car for 11 DAYS last visit, and 9 days before that. They don't seem organized back there, and never get work started on the day I drop it off. Similarly, the car is often not ready when I come pick it up, causing me to have to wait for 30-40 minutes at the dealership to get my car back. More
