I have always had a wonderful experience with the Porsche of Bellevue Service Department. It was difficult at first to get in via phone, but once you’re “in” you have a dedicated service advisor whom you can text anytime. Mine is Anastasia and she is wonderful. I recently had a challenging warranty issue with my 1-year-old Taycan 4S and Jamie Johannessen, the service manager stepped in to make sure things moved as expeditiously as possible. I am SO grateful for his personal attention. I HIGHLY recommend the Porsche of Bellevue Service Department. More

Nicole has consistently been a terrific service advisor: professional, attentive, friendly and communicative. BUT, it still takes an astonishingly long time to get my car through a service appointment. They had my car for 11 DAYS last visit, and 9 days before that. They don't seem organized back there, and never get work started on the day I drop it off. Similarly, the car is often not ready when I come pick it up, causing me to have to wait for 30-40 minutes at the dealership to get my car back. More

At first, they weren’t able to confirm/replicate the same issues I brought the car in for, which was a little upsetting.
