Arrived 20 minutes before my "scheduled" drop off time for my 911 service and was told to wait, so I waited 35 minutes then just left and had "my" service person call if they had any questions about the s for my 911 service and was told to wait, so I waited 35 minutes then just left and had "my" service person call if they had any questions about the service. I didnt get the service I want. As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time and $300(tax included) on diagnostic fee. I also dont understand that why these bulbs are not covered by warrenty. Clearly it is not like tires, it should not be broken often. The most important thing I want to mention is that during my recent inspection in Porsche Bellevue, my car was suggested to replace the front brakes which will cost me $1500. But after that I took it to another dealer, I was told the brakes can still last for 6000-10000 miles for no problem. So clearly they were trying to sell something unnecessary to me. I have no problem to my Service Advisor, he was gentle and polite and answered all my questions, but I think the process or policy is broken. More
