We had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Cayenne from Porsche of Bellevue. The process to schedule a test drive was easy and Riley was super helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our (many) questions and made the whole process smooth and simple. When we came back to complete the purchase, he even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. I was pleased that they had washed the car, filled up the tank with gas and it even had a big red bow on it. Riley made sure that we were all set up and that we programmed our keys and set up our phone syncs before we left the lot. The other staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful as well. He followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was good, and offered to meet with us to answer any lingering questions or set-up details. I would recommend Riley and Porsche of Bellevue to others for their service, value and great customer experience. More
