Service has been mostly great, however I feel like once the sale was done their interest in their quality stopped. I found this dealership to be disorganized, poor at communication. If this had not been the only Boxter for sale in this city, I would have for sure gone elsewhere. The final sales agent, Riley, I worked with was excellent, but the initial person (who I think was a manager) acted as if he could care less. I have purchased many luxury cars, and this by far, was the least personal, most detached service I have received. I made 2 trips to this dealership (taking time off work) to buy a car (and showed up and they had loaned out the car) and the second due to a system hack. This is all fine, but just communicate. No apology. Very minimal service recovery. I would have given this score a 1 but Riley made the final parts of the process excellent. My score reflects the initial person, not Riley. More

Prior to my recent visit to Porsche Bellevue, I would have rated it 3 star, up from 1 star when this dealership was first purchased by AutoNation. What turned me was meeting Horst Kiessling. I was browsing while waiting for my car to be serviced. Horst asked me if I had any questions. Upon chatting with him and his knowledge of the vehicles and professionalism prompted me to make the decision to purchase a new Porsche. Horst has lived up to my expectations of what customer service should look like. I was thrilled with his help and guidance in building my new Cayenne Coupe.
