Staff is really helpful and welcoming - not pushy at all. The dealership organizes many events for owners as well, including drives to gain skills and shows. When th Simply the very worst car buying experience in my life. Major issues: (1) the car was advertised and shown on my contract to have 4731 miles. When the car arrived in Montana it had 7820 miles on it! The dealer tried to blame a maintenance service for the extra 3089 miles. Seriously? (2) my registration was sent through a third party service. It took weeks. I bought the car a month ago and have yet to drive it because I still have no registration or plates. (3) this dealer always over promises and under delivers. They promise to follow up and call you back, but never do. I made dozens of calls to track down answers because no one called me back as promised. (4) disorganization at the dealer meant talking with lots of different people who were not talking with one another. That meant very different answers to the same question. In the end, I have a very nice car (that I cannot use) and a free tire warranty to make up for the extra mileage. I have pancreatic cancer and this car was my attempt to brighten up my time in chemotherapy. Instead, I wish I had never bought it as it has created a huge amount of stress. I’ll probably sell it as soon (if ever) I get the registration. More
