The whole process of buying the car took roughly 18 months because of supply issues. The process started with Horst as our sales associate but during the wait he got ill and had to leave the dealershi months because of supply issues. Enter Rob Williamson who did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on the allocation progress. The car we bought ended up becoming available because of a cancelled order and other than the color and a few other things it had everything we wanted so with Rob's help we were able to secure the car. Joy in finance was very good to work with even though we were paying cash for the car. She also explained that the reason for the delay was the shortage of employees right now. The only downside in the whole process of actually picking up the car was that it took over 3 hours. Thank you to everyone who helped us by our dream car. More
My car was in for the 5 year service. I waited while it was completed. Found out that the service package I bought with the car when new was never credited. Service knew of the package but went ahead and charged me the previous four years. I had forgotten that I had bought the package. Service did not assist in rectifying the situation. Said talk to the finance guy. I spoke with my salesman and got the same response. In three previous years the oil repalcement was short filled requiring oil to be added well within 1,000 miles. This time the oil light was on after ten miles. Essentially the next day. Ofcourse I was charged for nine quarts each time. I could have had an oil filter leak but no short filled. More
