I like the Porsche Bellevue dealership a lot, and typically have given five star reviews. This probably warrants a longer review, but I am a super busy healthcare professional, and don’t have time I typically have given five star reviews. This probably warrants a longer review, but I am a super busy healthcare professional, and don’t have time I think the service is very competent there for five years now. The issue for us this time is that I picked up my 911 GTS two weeks ago today with a nearly empty gas tank. Looking at “My Porsche“ app the motor was running in the shop for 60 minutes, for a simple oil change. My service advisor Nicole, who is very good, agreed that is a lot of runtime, and deferred to the service manager, which is where the actual problem lies Despite acknowledging that we need to look into this together, I have been ghosted for a week by that service manager twice now, so two weeks, hence the 3 star, not usual 5 star review More
The service department has 188 1 Star reviews: Recently I treated myself to a used Porsche 911 for my 40th birthday after years of disability in the US Special Forces and working for years to get where I hav treated myself to a used Porsche 911 for my 40th birthday after years of disability in the US Special Forces and working for years to get where I have gotten today. The service and techs have been a nightmare to work with disrespect. I have purchased a “Tire and Wheel Package” when I bought the car which would entitle me to a tow to the dealership for a tier or wheel package for 7 years, after 2 days they stated that they couldn’t find the contract that they had verified a year earlier. They pulled out a staple and told me they would not repair or replace the tire. During the previous service they destroyed an entire bank of spark plugs coils. I ended up limping it home 20 miles. They flat bedded it back and fixed the problem that they created. A couple weeks ago I booked the appointment for 3 tires to be replaced, I was told it would be 2-3 hours, when I dropped it off, I was told that it would be 4 days with and no loaners, I live in Maple Valley. After having a professional disagreement, they said that they “refused the right to refuse service”. I knew that I would be on the hook for 3 of the 4 tires but the back 2 were on metal bands, I asked if I purchased the vehicle with a needed alignment and they said sadly “yes”, and that they were not going to work on my vehicle at all and could send it to another dealership. They sent it to Porsche of Tacoma, and they quoted me 8K to get the car back after recommended repairs. The car has been sitting for a full week with non-action, no contact. Please look, the Bellevue service department is run by AutoNation after research on-line. It's been a week, and nothing has been done, I have contacted KIRO 7 “Investigates” and they have chosen to follow and support my issues. More
The worst customer service ever, especially after totaling my car while it's their ground for maintenance. They refused to compensate me for my losses other than what the insurance will pay for the c totaling my car while it's their ground for maintenance. They refused to compensate me for my losses other than what the insurance will pay for the current value of the car. Be aware, they're super nice when they want you to buy their car, but they have an ugly face when something happens and you thing you can rely on their integrity which is no where to find. More
I wasn't planning to buy a car when I walked into Porsche that Sunday, I was just hoping to put down a deposit to be on the waiting list. Turns out my car was waiting for me all along. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a classic Porsche 997.1 from Bellevue Porsche, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the dealership offered a very fair trade-in value Porsche 997.1 from Bellevue Porsche, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the dealership offered a very fair trade-in value for my VW Tiguan, and their price on the 997.1 was equally reasonable. What I truly appreciated was the ability to handle most of the transaction over the phone, given that I live on an island near Seattle. This convenience saved me multiple trips back and forth, which was a huge relief. The sales team was professional and pleasant to deal with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The finance department was also extremely professional and kind, ensuring that there was never any pressure—only accommodating, calm, and professional service. Bellevue Porsche did an outstanding job prepping the classic car for sale, addressing numerous fixes and delivering a vehicle that was ready to drive and enjoy. However, the highlight of my experience has been working with their service department. There was a remaining issue to be fixed as a condition of the sale, and after my initial visit, I still felt it wasn’t fully resolved. The team had me bring the car back, provided another loaner, and proceeded to make a complete repair, replacing expensive parts without hesitation. This level of service reminded me of the exceptional customer care we used to get from Nordstrom in the late '70s and ‘80s. Interacting with the service coordinators has been a pleasure, as they are all very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Satisfied customers seem to be a hallmark of Bellevue Porsche. I will continue to work exclusively with them, and should I ever decide to purchase a new 911, this is the dealership I would recommend. Larry Laissue More

Service has been mostly great, however I feel like once the sale was done their interest in their quality stopped. Not to mention their system was down and we had the finance team asking us to sign again t the sale was done their interest in their quality stopped. Not to mention their system was down and we had the finance team asking us to sign again the sales agreement. We got a car, we asked for the clear plate protection. It was not installed by the time we picked up. We had to come back arrange a date and get it done. It was done, badly done it had to be returned to the shop . They put about 70+ miles, where do they drive it to? And to make it look “better” we got the wrong car warranty More
