I do want to mention the finance guy Rachid was a bit overwhelming with the warranty add ons. After I declined several times with my husband present he ended up slipping it on. I noticed it as soon as I got home and called the dealership right away to get it removed. That left a bad taste unfortunately. I assume that there is a lot of commission made off of customers with the warranty add ons, but makes me wonder how often this happens. Again Amanda was Amazing! I would definitely be back to buy from her again. No sales pressure at all. More

Alex kept in touch via text, and let me know when my Taycan 4S could be picked up after washing. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the car had been thoroughly washed, both outside and inside! Alex summarized each part of the invoice, mostly just recalls, and I was on my way.
