SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS OR INSPECTION. in SHORT DON'T BUY A NISSAN AT ALL!!!!! I have kept my car in very good running condition, oil changes, brakes, and any other regulari INSPECTION. in SHORT DON'T BUY A NISSAN AT ALL!!!!! I have kept my car in very good running condition, oil changes, brakes, and any other regularily scheduled and not maintenance. I just had a full maintenance and diagnostic work up in March, all systems where good. June, I went in for an oil change and a courtesy inspection, and they removed my sticker and told me I needed a $2,000 part to pass inspection. I had 30 more days left on my sticker and they informed me once it was taken off, I have 15 days to make the repairs, I was obligated to pay the inspection fees. I never agreed to a state inspection, and I know for sure that this is a scamming selling tactic. More

NEVER EVER LEASE A CAR FROM THEM I leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue in September 2017 and I have an email confirmation that I will not be charged the $395 disposition fees. Now that I retur I leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue in September 2017 and I have an email confirmation that I will not be charged the $395 disposition fees. Now that I returned the car, I got a bill from Nissan. I contacted the manager (M. Johnson) a month ago and forwarded the email to him. He said that he will work on it to remove the fee but no news yet. I sent him many emails and reminders after that but never got a response from him. They are just good in selling the car and deceiving the customers and don’t want to think about the future of the company and having loyal customers. More

I have bought 3 cars from Tim and 1 from Timmy. These guys bend over back towards to help you. Adam at Hyundai has both sold me a car AND fixed my car. They get yelled at all day about what isnt this faster, why isnt this cheaper, why is my part bad, why isnt it warranty. Not a single person at this dealership has done less than their very best to help me fix anything I need fixed. My Uncle owns a titan, my fiance owns a versa, I own a Maxima, a Kona, and a Subaru (sorry it was orange). Reiley in parts has got me out of date parts for my uncle's half dying truck. As mentioned before Adam both sold AND fixed my car. Joe has never worked with me before and everytime I speak to her she knows my name, asks she can help in any way. She made me an appointment with Adam when she could have taken it cause she know Adam sold me the car. I think these guys do a FANTASTIC job everyday. I read the comments and a lot of you are angry about parts not being in stock? Or the dealership costing more? You know what cost me the most... breaking down in TN where no tow truck would go. I walked 10 miles to get a part and fix my own car. Cell service... nope. Uber... nope. Taxi... nope. Ya know what is yup? Getting your car fixed by a professional who knows your car and how to fix it. If and eurozone guy tells you it's the right part. Enjoy the walk. More

They will tell you they don't have time to fix your car under warranty or they can't ''duplicate ' the problem with your car. My advice is steer clear. Worst Service Center in the Fredericksburg area. (Zero Stars) I took my car in to have a part installed. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, at 557am, on a Saturday. After waiting 2.5 hours, I am told th (Zero Stars) I took my car in to have a part installed. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, at 557am, on a Saturday. After waiting 2.5 hours, I am told that they don't have the right part. Well, why wasn't I told this 2. 2 hours earlier. I am told that the part can be ordered, but I procured my own part, during the week, from a parts store and am Guaranteed that it is the right part, because I showed them the paperwork from the Nissan Service Department. I get back to Pohanka and I am told, much earlier this time, that it is the wrong part, but they have the right part in stock for $200 more. So, I am frustrated and just tell them to use their part. I pay and get my car back and now there is a very loud vibration when I am driving. So loud, in fact, that when I am driving I can barely use my in-car bluetooth, because people tell me it sounds like my windows are rolled down. I, also, notice that the original issue is still ongoing. I contact Pohanka, again, and explain all of this to them and ask if I can bring the car back to have it looked at. Cassie tells me that the loud vibration sound couldn't have been caused by the work their technicians did( however, it was not making this loud noise prior to them working on my vehicle) and that they do not perform diagnostics on Saturdays, because it is usually their busiest day. So, now, the vehicle that I was so excited about owning and driving, thanks to these thieves, has been a major irritation. If there were a way to give less than one star, I would gladly do so. More
Wanted to Buy a Car I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the sales lady kept trying to put me in crappy cars or used ones In which I was not interested. She kept looking in her notebook; it was as though she was given a list of cars to dump on people. She must have been new. If I had a question, she would have to ask the manager. Later, when I called back and was getting serious about buying, either the sales lady I had been relegated to and was told I “was her’s” if I tried to talk to another salesperson or try to get information. I have read where other people had great experiences, and I just wish I had had that same experience. More
