He offered very good advice and opinions on the vehicles we were looking at that helped in our decision making. He worked with management to get us a great offer on our trade on a certified preowned vehicle that was already competitively priced based on our comparison shopping. We never felt like we had to haggle on price (which we do not like doing). He asked us our expectations and he just made it happen without having to go back and forth all day. I actually felt he was working for us. He and the rest of the team were great with our 2 year old who turned the showroom into her own personal playroom for that afternoon. When we drove the car home, we noticed a slight vibration at highway speeds that we did not detect on the test drive. I called Suseel and he said to bring it in to service and they would take care of it. This is when I met Freddy. Freddy was as nice as could be. He arranged a technician, Jeff, to ride in the car with me to show him exactly what I was talking about. The technician saw the problem and made a game plan. Freddy arranged a loaner car for me to get to work. They road force balanced all of the four new tires which resolved the problem. When I returned to get the car, I receive express checkout service and the car was driving as smooth as can be. We cannot be happier with the car, the sales experience and the service we received. Even though there is a Lexus dealer closer to our home, Pohanka will have our business from here on out. More

I also work in the car business so I know that car buying is not the easy and can be a long drawn out process. From start to finish Peter was always very upfront and honest which I really appreciate and respect. I let him know from the begining my time was very limited due to my working schuedule and having two little ones (one being a 13 month old) I would need be in and out with no hassle....... I got just that! When I pulled into Pohanka my car was cleaned, gased up and ready to go! Now being a woman I told him exaclty what I wanted black on black, Luxury package and of course when I got there I wanted to compare the diffences between the Ultra Luxury with the Luxury package. I spent about 5 minutes looking at the two and he was very helpful pointing out all the different features making sure I was making the right decision. After all was said and done, I picked the ES I orginally came in for. Negotiating was the part I was not looking forward to but I must say it was the most accomedating process and I was extremly impressed! The overall professionalism and honesty Peter showed is what sealed the deal for me. Even though I got an amazing deal I am a firm believer that people not only by the car they also buy people! I bought into Peter that night. He is a great asset for Pohanka and as long as he is there Pohanka will continue to have my business! 90K Service on RX400h Mr. Malik greeted me on my 7:45 AM arrival at the dealership, and guided me through the 90K scheduled maintenance service for my hybrid, easily the mo Mr. Malik greeted me on my 7:45 AM arrival at the dealership, and guided me through the 90K scheduled maintenance service for my hybrid, easily the most intensive one I have had since buying the SUV in 2005. He explained that the engine might need a new water pump, and explained how this was best done (and for lower cost) during the timing belt replacement that is done at this service interval. When he informed me that the pump was indeed leaking, he took me into the service bay and showed me the residue form a leak on the pump housing. The RX also need new front brake pads for the first time. Mr. Malik kept me informed of the repair progress through the afternoon, and had the vehicle ready when promised. This service visit was handled in a professional and polite manner that will keep me coming back to Pohanka Lexus. More
20,000 Checkup Service agent was neither friendly nor communicative but he seemed competent. Car was promised at 3PM but I received no call. I called at 4PM. Quick checkout was not offered and I forgot to ask. After paying I had to wait about 15 minutes. Car was not washed. This was not the kind of Lexus service I have come to expect from Pohanka after buying 4 new cars there and hvaving them serviced over about ten years. More

Outstanding Customer Service - Jason Skidds I recently received service on my Lexus RX450 for a leak on the under carriage of my car. Jason was exceptionally patient with all of my questions, to I recently received service on my Lexus RX450 for a leak on the under carriage of my car. Jason was exceptionally patient with all of my questions, took me back to talk to the mechanic to help me understand the full issue of the repair. The repair took several hours to accomplish. Jason provided me with a loaner which allowed me to go about my day. He called me to let me know the status and provided me with an approximate time of when the work would be completed. Upon return, Jason was kind enough to waive the 5 dollar rental fee. Every time I take my car in for service I usually request Jason as he has the best customer service professionalism that I have come across in a long time.
