He immediately offered me a loaner car, so that my day was not at an inconvenience. Ala personally walked me to my loaner car, and answered any and all questions that I had. Great sales and service Department I love Lexus, I had a 2008 Lexus RX and was in the market of purchasing a new one. Ala Odeh my service consultant listed the advantages and the new th I love Lexus, I had a 2008 Lexus RX and was in the market of purchasing a new one. Ala Odeh my service consultant listed the advantages and the new things the 2015 RX Fsport has that my 2008 does not have. He then referred me to see Abtin one of the sales managers who was able to run some numbers for me that was within my price range.
