I had a few requirements: low monthly payment, the vehicle must fit my family, be safer than what I was driving (2003 Accord), and roomy enough to tote things around for my business. I didn't care what vehicle and what manufacturer it was to fill those needs - but all of the other dealerships that I visited were trying to sell me on fancy lift gates or blind spot monitoring devices. Then I made my way to Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericsksburg where Steven Guzman actually listened to my list of requirements and said "I got you" and showed me the base model Tucson. I took it for a test drive and returned to lease it the next day.
