My search for the ultimate deal begun when I saw the new 2011 Sonato. After speaking with several dealers in the local DC area, I contacted Pohanka Hyundai in Fredericksburg. I have to say that we made a last minute decision on a Saturday evening with two young children to buy a car. I don't particularly like shopping for cars and he made the experience so much better. He wasn't pushy and listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us something that we didn't want or need. I can really appreciate that as I know my cars and know what I want in a car and what I want to pay. Corey made the deal happen and we walked off delighted with our "new" used car purchase. Knowing that Corey had just started working there made the deal even sweeter. I loved helping out a young man just starting his career! I would definitely recommend him and this dealership for a new or used car purchase. This is my second experience with them and I know we'll be returning for future car purchases. More

Over the past 6 months we have bought 2 new cars. Both from Pohanka Hyundai. In Septmeber we got a 2009 Sonata. Dill was a wonderful salesman. He worked with us from the beginning to the end. Since we had such a great experience, we went back to Dill the beginning of March and got a 2010 Genesis. Dill was working with other clients and Ken stepped in to help Dill. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very special that both Dill and Ken were there to help us with the sale of our new car. We would highly recommend both Dill & Ken for help when purchasing a new car. When we are ready to buy another car, we will definately be going back to Pohanka Hyundai. After many years of buying second hand vehicles, we finally broke down and decided to buy a NEW car. I started my search online and received several responses from dealers. Joey Mastin of Pohanka Hyundai in Fredericksburg was the only one that asked questions and found what we were looking for. His "No-Preasure" approach was much apprecated. Joey followed through and kept in contact with us. When we drove into the dealership with our trade-in, he knew who we were before even asking. He had paid enough attention to the detail of our correspondence to make the quick connection. Pohanka was very thorough throughout the process and, while we understand visiting different departments for the upsell, it would be nice to be able to push a "streamline" button and get straight to the signature page. Overall, I think it was a 3 hour process that could have been cut in half. I would also guess that you lose a lot of "fence sitters" during the waiting. We are a family who buys local, refers to our friends, and talks about the good experience to our neighbors. Hope we are able to help Pohanka, and Joey specifically, in the future. More
