Extremely happy with my purchase I purchased the car on a Saturday and on Sunday I noticed the car would kind of shake and the tachometer would jump slightly while sitting at a light. I purchased the car on a Saturday and on Sunday I noticed the car would kind of shake and the tachometer would jump slightly while sitting at a light. I called the dealership on Monday since they were closed on Sunday and I was told to call the warranty place! I JUST bought the car and my financing wasn't even final yet and I was told to handle it through the warranty company. I called and was referred to an auto repair place that told me they didn't have the tools to fix whatever the issue was. Apparently Podoll had been advised of the matter after they complete the diagnostics and was supposed to call me but I didn't get a call. It wasn't until I called to inquire about the car that I was advised of what was giing on. They said they would have to take it to BMW directly but couldn't do so until the following Tuesday. The warranty company said they won't pay diagnostic fees so I was adamant that I not get charged for that. Podoll seemed to be trying to correct the problem but I felt like it should have been taken care of before they sold me the car. I liked my experience there buying the car and they really did everything they could just so I could have my dream car. I hoped it didn't turn into a nightmare. All in all they are a good place to hiy your car from but their follow up skills are lacking. I would recommend them. More

Code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1.(code had been wiped out previously) Podoll Auto Brokers would not stand behind the problem, However, Cherry stepped up and did the right thing, she arranged to have the O2 sensor replaced at her expense. I cannot say enough about this lady! Cherry went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience and not left with a sour attitude on the purchase of this 4runner. She has a a good soul with good moral values, treating people as you want to be treated. She stands behind her sales, as much as she can, you have to respect that this day and age! I would highly recommend Cherry to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. She did right by me and that goes a long ways! Ask for Cherry, she is one of the few honest good ones...she will treat you right! Despite the code problem.in all fairness I would return to Podoll if/when I need another vehicle.
