Because it's a gasket, the horrible warranty that they buy doesn't cover them, 700 dollars later it runs again. It leaks transmission fluid, the clock doesn't work, it needs shocks, both front wheel bearings and both upper ball joints plus an alignment. They slap new tires on these cars change the oil and call it good. Don't ever buy a car here, worst idea ever and these guys shouldn't be in business because they are probably doing this to a lot of people. More

I bought a used BMW and received okay service from Chris. I test drove the vehicle and all seemed well with it. The e-brake does not work properly, and the transmission was bad. I took the car back to them the next day. They claimed to fix the tranny so we will see what happens with that. After getting the car back after the so-called tranny repairs, I smelt a burning smell so I took it back to them. The other two extremely rude salesman claimed the did not smell anything. At that point I just wanted to give the car back and get my money back. They would not work with me at all and basically sold me a lemon. They told me to get out of their office. Thank god I have a 3 month warranty on the car. After driving the car to Denver, the check engine light came on. I refused to deal with the rude, condescending salesmen at Podoll so I just called the warranty company so they could help me out with these issues. These salesmen will rip you off and make you think your getting a great deal when your not. Don't get sucked into their black hole like I did. Prior to buying the car, I was not informed of any issues! I regret this purchase and do not recommend anyone to go there!!! BEWARE!!!! More

The vehicle purchased cannot be titled or registered. Have gone to the BBB and now they are claiming extortion when I have a vehicle with a dirty title. I paid cash and may soon be suing in court if they refuse mediation with the BBB. More

If you're looking for horribly maintained vehicles at horrible prices then this is the place for you. If you closely examine the vehicles you will se numerous problems that should be taken care of before horrible prices then this is the place for you. Their "warranty" is rather useless since the same people who gave it a thumbs up to begin with will continue to give it the "good enough". Also they don't even seem to know what's going on around there as well as they are constantly running around asking each other questions just to give you the same answer that is non-related to the issue at all. We went in to see about selling our truck, and possibly getting a car. We did not tell Mr. Podoll we were looking to buy, because we wanted to see how he'd handle the sale of the truck first. Well, he was getting a car. We did not tell Mr. Podoll we were looking to buy, because we wanted to see how he'd handle the sale of the truck first. Well, he was extremely rude, comparing the price we wanted for the truck (which -- duh -- we bid high) with what it would fetch "at auction." Um. Our truck is in perfect shape (even has new tires, new tranny, new paint), and is owned outright by us. How is it reasonable to compare it with a car that would wind up on the auction block?! He then condescended to tell us that "extended cabs are more valuable" (again, duh), and he listed what he's supposedly selling all his trucks for. All of his numbers were lies (verified later online). As we left (obviously never entering into a conversation with him about buying anything, because he was too short-sighted and interested in being the one in power), he laughingly said, "Good luck." Well, Mr. Podoll, two days later, we have sold the truck privately for the number we were actually looking for -- more than a thousand dollars above what you said was the best we could possibly hope to get. Mr. Podoll has no concept of building a relationship with a customer. Not only did he blow any possibility of our buying a car from him, ever (and we will need to buy two more within the next two years), but we have already told at least a dozen of our friends to avoid him. Another note: we went to two other places after Podoll, and though both told us our initial number was high (we knew that), they were not at all mocking or rude about it. And you know what else? We discovered that he has a horrible reputation among other auto brokers. One guy even said that if he finds out that a car at auction came from Kevin Podoll, he won't even look at it.
