Fast, Easy, and Good Deal! After a total waste of time and getting nothing but a run-around from several other dealers with their sneaky online pics and info just to reel you in After a total waste of time and getting nothing but a run-around from several other dealers with their sneaky online pics and info just to reel you into their lots, it was a breath of fresh air to visit Podoll and shop with the help of Sam! Found just what I was looking for --- Sales Associate Sam Hicks, along with Sales Manager Heidi Wynn made us an offer we couldn't refuse! After closing the deal, Heidi went beyond the call of duty when she called us back in with even lower finance rates. So far I love my Kia -it's been a great little car. Barring any unforeseen problems; that this car doesn't turn out to be a piece of junk and money pit ... I highly recommend Podoll dealership and their staff! Will update if need be! It's cool to be Klein Very straightforward. Came in, knowing what I was looking for and found it at the right price. My salesman was Rick Klein and he was very friendly a Very straightforward. He wasn't "pushy" and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Best of all, he answered all the questions I had and the purchase went smoothly and we drove away pleased with our purchase. Best of all, Rick followed up after the sale and I was impressed to get a phone call from him asking how things were going and if there was anything else he could do or questions he could answer. That was nice! I've bought used cars before and never heard from the dealer after the purchase. I purchased a brand new vehicle before this purchase and the attention I received from Podoll and Mr. Klein is every bit as good as the attention I get from my new car dealer. Only thing I can add that would be a plus to their service is a full tank of gas to start you out and send you on your way. Other than that, great service. I'll be back to add to this review after having the car for a year. More
