My experience with Tim Wells in finance was not good. He was disrespectful and talked in circles & he was not truthful. At the beginning of the transaction he said I had to make a decision on the warranty today. I said I needed to think about it & asked if I could get back to him. He said no. At the end of the transaction he said I could get back to him later regarding the warranty since I declined it. At one point I stepped away & let him know he was confusing me and when I came back I let him know I didn’t like how this was going & felt he was talking in circles. I let him know I felt he was taking advantage. I didn’t trust his numbers so I stuck with the loan through my credit union. I’m not sure I’d even give Tim one star. Again, Matt was awesome! More

Three or four years ago I spent right at 100k at this dealership, within a weeks time, but I felt it was warranted. The staff was hard working, courteous, and prompt "at that time." But, just the other day when I decided to purchase an automobile, I found the staff I worked with to be the opposite. I was told by Frank to come in and test drive the car when I called Plaza Mercedes and expressed interest. He was courteous on the phone, but when I walked in with my husband, he quickly handed us to someone else to handle the deal with no apology. He handed us to Varu. Varu was decent in the past, but when we worked with him on this particular deal, he was aloof, critical, rude, demeaning, and did not want to listen to anything we had to say which I found to be negligible. I also called in another time about the car (because we tried in vain to get in touch with Varu) and someone picked up the phone and asked me if I were the woman from yesterday, and went on to spell his last name "GIBSON " in a haughty tone and was extremely rude, asinine, and obnoxious. I never met this guy before, so I was quite taken back by his attitude towards me. Also, they never even looked at the car I wanted to trade in. They went strictly by the VIN and did not even test drive it. They also stated that their vehicles were priced to sell, but when I compared their vehicles with similar vehicles within 100 miles or more, I found them to be overpriced. They also don't want to give you anything for your car. So, here is some advice for Plaza as customers should be your bread and butter: 1)Treat your customers with respect and dignity 2)Be courteous, not rude 3)Don't be narrow-minded 4) Go the extra mile for loyal customers as their money spends well anywhere unless you don't care about losing them. 5)Take a look at how you were a few years back. That was the dealership that brought me back, but I now find it to have been a mistake to do so because of my recent visit. 6)Remember ALL customers matter regardless of who they are. Do not pick and choose who you are going to treat professionally, and who you are going to ignore. You might miss out on a good sale!!! In the future, I refuse to go back to this dealership because of the way my husband and I were treated "recently" by staff who seemed to rely on stereotypes in regards to their customers. This behavior is unprofessional and intolerable. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere as I am sure another dealership will be more than happy to get our business. More

I always recommend for future clients who are in the market for high end vehicles to deal only with them and the reason for that is, because on top of their knowledge they're also trustworthy and professional about their craft. So I say if you're looking for a high end vehicle new or used and you want these qualities to deal with, then go and check out these guys because you'll be glad that you did. More

Exceptional Service I couldn’t be more happy with my Plaza Motors experience. This is a very high end dealership and yet they treated me (a pre-owned buyer) as if I was b I couldn’t be more happy with my Plaza Motors experience. This is a very high end dealership and yet they treated me (a pre-owned buyer) as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! This service level was consistent from salesperson to sales manager, to finance, and service. Definitely exceeded my expectations all around. Salesperson Matt Tannehill is a rare person indeed. He is a total gentleman, completely down to earth, and extremely hardworking. He delivered on every one of his commitments and honored timelines for delivery. For me, the buying experience is all about trust and Matt has earned that trust and will surely see us again in the future. Go Matt and go Plaza! Thank you. More

Salesperson Tom Gibson assured me that car was immaculate. It was a CPO vehicle. The car arrived with some kind of plastic debris melted unto the right rear quarter panel. Solvent would not remove the substance and I had to very delicately use a razor blade to remove it. That was the first problem. The second problem was no title until I had incurred late fees in Texas. And that was over 30 days. Plaza would not compensate for the late fees. More

Don't go to Plaza - Tried to Cheat me out of $6,000!!! I had my Range Rover towed because the key would not turn in the ignition. I told the service advisor a tiny piece of plastic had gotten into ignition I had my Range Rover towed because the key would not turn in the ignition. I told the service advisor a tiny piece of plastic had gotten into ignition hole and threw the vehicle into "lock out" mode. Jason King, the advisor told me that it's probably steering column. He called me an hour late after they looked into it and said it would be $6200 for a new steering column. I told him that is not true and this is probably caused by plastic falling into ignition switch. I refused to get it repaired and got it towed home. I did some internet research and put my key in ignition and tapped it with a screwdriver and it started!!! Problem fixed!!! And to top it off...the service guys left my gear shift cover off exposing wiring. Their excuse was they didn't know it was getting towed. Wow!!! They tried to get me for $6200. Plaza has no ethics!!! Never take your car there. I'm going to make sure I post this story at work (Monsanto) and I might call Fox2 News. I still have a print out of the estimate for $6200. More
