The first time coming to this dealer, I had the worst experience but i decided to give them another try and was very happy with the outcome. He was NOT aggressive like other car salesman and was completely honest because I think he understood what I needed in a car and the budget I was going for. I also loved how he followed up twice to make sure I loved the car and to ensure everything went well the next day! The finance manager Brandon Medford was also very polite and helpful (the finance manager I had previously was a nightmare!) The coordinator Adrian has clearly demonstrated the features of the car to me because I had no idea what I was doing at first.There was definitely a big difference in the quality of customer service I received from these three gentlemen this time compared to my experience in 2011.
