wrong lease terms and no floor mats I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them thinking it was a good deal. I specifically asked for a 36 month lease and they snuck in a 39 month lease i I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them thinking it was a good deal. I specifically asked for a 36 month lease and they snuck in a 39 month lease instead. When I got the car delivered. They didn't give me any paper work and there where no floor mats the gas tank was on empty and i had no windshield washer fluid. After multiple calls and emails asking to get the lease changed and my floor mats. The agent said it's too expensive to ship my floor mats and that he will get it next time someone is at that dealer. its now been over a month and i still dont have floor mats for may car. And they would not change my lease to 36 months. Don't get your car from them. Terrible experience. More
