Keith Butler is a very knowledgeable, exceptionally courteous, responsive service professional. I thank him for being a very commendable professional. During purchase negotiations for the 2022 Bolt EUV Premier, Platinum sales agreed to swap out the bulky all weather floor mats for ordinary carpet mats. When I later took delivery you advised you were not going to do that after all. I discovered it was a $100 retail item when I actually purchased the replacement mats from the Sonoma dealer. What an obnoxious disgusting display of your lack of customer respect. Mr Butler is fantastic, Platinum Chevrolet is an entirely opposite class of entity to be generally avoided and to be actively recommended against to anyone who needs to be warned. Warranty is now almost expired I likely will not visit Platinum again. In 26 personal vehicle purchases over many years I never experience a dealer with such repulsive disregard for customer interaction. You are fine with risking a customer relationship over an item of such minuscule value. I feel obligated to start what I should have started after the purchase and actively post numerous reviews to reach out and warn other consumers More
My car was in the shop for 2 weeks, and I wouldn't get a call back when I was told I had to call in to get updates. After I had already described the rare sound it was making, I was asked to go to the shop call back when I was told I had to call in to get updates. After I had already described the rare sound it was making, I was asked to go to the shop to drive my car with the mechanic to listen to the sound my car was making, so the mechanic knew what I was talking about. The sound was undeniable. I was told twice that my vehicle was being worked on when it wasn't. I was also told that the engine had to be “torn out” before they knew the problem. When I asked about a loaner car, I was told I couldn't borrow a car until it was being worked on, but it wasn't my fault that my car sat there for a few days before they could get to it. Unfortunately, this was a bad and frustrating experience for me, and I would not recommend that anyone get their vehicle serviced there unless it is still under warranty. I felt that communication and experience were lacking in my case. More
