We sincerely hope that your Wife and child are okay and make a full recovery- that is absolutely awful and really the only thing that matters in this situation is their health and recovery which we hope is expedient. The other issue sounds like an issue that should go straight to General Motors. GM builds the vehicles and supplies any dealership with the parts to replace when recalls are announced per their specifications and engineers. Our technicians don't 'fix' airbags, we replace one module with the replacement module- if there is a failure in the system outside of that it is the manufacturing. Chewy screwem and how responded

Thank you. That wreck was 5 years ago, try telling a 12 year old her back will hurt her for the rest of her YOUNG life. This wreck was in Nov of 22. The Suburban, was sent to the dealership for recalibration last week from the Body shop and they sent it back with the same deployed air bags still in the dash. And a defected steering wheel air bag and said it was all good. Needless to say my Lawyer will be contacting Both shops.
