At that point with only one or two exceptions, the sales staff lied to me from that moment on. One sales manager actually smiled at me, lied to me, and shook my hand. Years of included. These people are truly despicable, please do yourself a big favor and DON'T buy a car here. Gene. Haley More

However, once you leave the dealership with the car, Comunication stops there. I purchased a cerified 2014 Buick Encore and got home and noticed I o ly had 1 car key. I tried contacting the dealership (phone & email) and no one bothered to return my calls. The sales reps here are short sighted. Only care for the client up until the sale of the car and don't care of future business. I'm loyal to a company which is constant with providing a WOW experience. Only if they knew I would be in the market for 2 more cars this year. I will atake my business else where. More
This is overall, excluding 1 individual! I bought a 2013 Malibu in 2013. Car continually in the shop. Terrible car so don't buy. I believe her name is Melissa in Service. She answered my call I bought a 2013 Malibu in 2013. Car continually in the shop. Terrible car so don't buy. I believe her name is Melissa in Service. She answered my call to set up service and was very rude and no customer service skills. Then I go in and deal with Stacey Tsonga who is not only a delight, but what all of the dealership and service should emulate. She has taken care of around 4 problems I have had and is wonderful to work with. When picking up my car, waited on Saturday for Melissa to get keys and finalize. She was the same rude, lacking customer service person she was over the phone. I almost had to ask if she is having a bad day or even a bad year. I run a business and would never have her work for me as she exemplifies what poor customer service is. But Stacey, she's the best as always. No more American cars for me-Melissa should be coached or removed as I would never want to work with her again. Overall rating is for crappy car and crappy services from Melissa, below is due to Stacey! More

Come to find out, that same truck was actually a rental truck. I paid 33k for this beautiful truck, only to find out I was charged full for used car value, when any pre rental car/truck by law cannot be places at the same value as a used vehicle. I was lied to about where it came from, and have had problem after problem with it. Not to mention that fact that this truck shows clear signs that it was wrecked and covered up. All while the 'carfax' shows nothing. But believe me, this isnt just a rant of some stupid 'dealer review'. Im taking this to the state Attorney General, and BBB. More

They sold me an SUV that had been in an accident and didn't disclose it on the Carfax. The accident was so severe it damaged the front impact bar, front absorber, and the a/c condenser, all of which had to be replaced at my expense. When I brought the matter to the attention of David Barnes he was rude, unaccommodating, and condescending, sending me a check for only a portion of my out of pocket expenses for having to have the vehicle repaired. I've never known a business to treat a customer with such utter disrespect. This was my first and last experience with Platinum Chevrolet. More
The salesperson I dealt with was very nice. Even though I am a senior woman on her own he appeared pleasant enough. However, not seeing what I was looking for, ie: they didn't have it in stock, I was told they could do a dealer trade. I then left asking them to locate a vehicle and call me. After a week went by I called in and was handed off to someone else on the phone. There however was a problem before then. A friend of mine had purchased a new vehicle from them and was instructed by the sales person how to fill out the Customer Service Inquiry Card. While she had been happy with the sales person and the pricing, she was not happy at all when the add on's she had paid for were not completed when she went to pick it up. She explained this to the salesperson and was told by him that if she did not give the dealership a glowing recommendation or a perfect 5 out of 5 score he could be fired. What in the world is wrong with Chevrolet? I don't understand how you can threaten to fire someone over something that is not their fault. Nor should you influence the consumer to be complicit in lying over their satisfaction of a vehicle. More
