He answered all of my questions and even suggested we apply online prior to driving up as to not waste gas and money to go up there! Totally appreciate that!! From the moment we got out of our car everyone was so kind and knew who we were, which was so awesome! Meeting up with Jeremy, the experience was professional, fast and quite comfortable! It was as if we were just around a bunch of friends! I absolutely loved that. Everything took about an hour and we were out the door. I have NEVER had a better experience.
