Bad Service Reps. tell them when they lie dont get caught! my car was serviced for a big repair. I ask if they have loaners and they said no and I have to rent, a dealership with no loaners to use when it will my car was serviced for a big repair. I ask if they have loaners and they said no and I have to rent, a dealership with no loaners to use when it will take couple of days to get it fixed??? when I came back to pick up my car I hear another rep telling another customer to keep the distance of loaner to under 5k. so I guess they just started doing loaners after I drop off mine? another thing is usually after getting a car serviced it gets cleaned and vacuumed, but I guess you guys dont care for little detail things like that as long as you get your money. well its the last time you'll see me spending my money at your dealership. Good service by a great team Took my work truck in to have some work done on the drivers seat and driver inside door panel / handle. This is a high mileage work truck, 260,000 rel Took my work truck in to have some work done on the drivers seat and driver inside door panel / handle. This is a high mileage work truck, 260,000 reliable miles on a 6.0L gas V8. (PRETTY xxxx GOOD!) The seat was worn and had an internal broken piece leading to much discomfort while driving. Unfortunately, the part that broke was not available. Jenn went out of her way to see if a local fan shop could fix it. When they were unable due to the metal used, she had her tech do the best he could with it. There is no guarantee it will last, but for the interim, the work performed is good. The inside door handle had broken off. And extra part was needed. Jenn had to order the part and kept me appraised of status of the vehicle. Not once did I have to ask her how long it will take or when I can get my truck back. She kept in contact and communicated effectively. She always greeted me with a smile and was able to explain each part and the associated costs. Upon picking up the truck, everything was as I left it, and Jenn went over the final repair report. I will request Jenn for any future needs. More
