Leased a 2019 Bolt Premier I was able to deal on a price over the phone and texting. No surprises when we got to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up the car. The dealership does add theft protection stickers to the windows and door edge guards that I was not thrilled to pay for but they did get the Bolt price to what I could live with so I didn't fight with them about the two items. Disorganized, Inefficient, Frustrating Service Department Pros: My car is fixed, the people are nice, hard working people. Cons: - warranty repair stated as "done", then when I pick it up, problem persis Pros: My car is fixed, the people are nice, hard working people. Cons: - warranty repair stated as "done", then when I pick it up, problem persists. Obviously work was not checked prior to my arrival - endless phone tag as for some reason management has decided that whichever service person was initially on the account must be the one to follow up or to even acknowledge if the car is ready - warranty repair in which the service technician implied that I had sabotaged the car in order to get the warranty repair? - grease stains on the carpets following servicing - insufficient contact as I needed to call to find out if my car was ready - warranty repairs made to the stereo, but then stereo not inspected. The porter delivering the car after warranty "repair" actually had to point out problems with the stereo, and the whole repair process for that item needed to be repeated. (this is not the same cycle as the first item in this "cons" list - the handoff from one person in Platinum to another in Platinum was nonexistent and I found myself having to completely reexplain problems and issues instead of personnel talking to one another. And then when I asked service to inquire if I could get the work done closer to my home at another dealer, I was told that I needed to make that call, to reexplain the entire affair, etc. I want to emphasize that I feel the people are competent and genuine, but there is something broken with the management of this dealership and I would not recommend it to anyone and though I absolutely love the car I am sorry that I did not buy it from another dealership. I will not take any future repairs to Platinum nor will I do business with Platinum in the future. More

Awful Worst place I have ever been. Bought my truck from them, then brought it in for an oil change and everything was working fine. When I got it back the Worst place I have ever been. Bought my truck from them, then brought it in for an oil change and everything was working fine. When I got it back the tire monitor service light came on and wouldn't go off. Brought it in 2 more times trying to fix it and after 3 hours off sitting they told me it would be 300 dollars to fix something that was working when I got here. Never again will i do business with this place and I will never bring another car here. So over 300 bucks they just lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know never to come here. More
