Our experience with the salesman, Charles Irwin, and the financial guy, Scott?, was outstanding. Our only complaint is that once we decided to pull the trigger and buy the car, the process took well over 2. financial guy, Scott?, was outstanding. Our only complaint is that once we decided to pull the trigger and buy the car, the process took well over 2.5 hours before driving out with the new car. Most of the 2.5 hours involved waiting. There has to be a way to streamline the process.We got there at 3:30 and drove out at 6:45. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. More
I bought a truck that was “in transit”. Instead of waiting what should have been 2-3 days, I waited for 3 weeks, to no fault of my salesperson or the dealership in general.
