Called to make an appointment to repair a dealer Called to make an appointment to repair a dealer installed option that was not working properly, $500 footwell lighting option installed when car was Called to make an appointment to repair a dealer installed option that was not working properly, $500 footwell lighting option installed when car was purchased as stated on window sticker, (still under factory warranty). Discovered option was never installed by Platinum Chevrolet, they refused to repair mistake and claimed dealer installed options were not covered under manufacturer warranty!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! More

Mccabe had a great attitude and was super helpful from the moment I stepped on the showroom floor. He was knowledgeable about my truck despite the fact it wasn’t a Chevy.
