I have dealt with this dealership for many years and was always very pleased with them until the last year or so. The last 3 dealings I've had with them have been very negative. I was told I could not get an appt until Wed, Aug 4, but maybe they'd have a cancelation and could look at it sooner. I was called on Sat, July 31 and told the diagnostics were being done. I heard nothing until I called them on Friday, Aug 7, Then I was told that they had the needed parts, but could not do the repairs until Thursday, Aug 19. I said my appt was Aug 4. They said that was just for diagnostics. This is all such xxxxxxxx! They have seen the last of me and my money! More
