I took my 2018 Jeep in for an oil change. Jarod, the service rep was courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He made my experience an easy one answering all my questions and waking me through eac service rep was courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He made my experience an easy one answering all my questions and waking me through each step. I appreciated his professionalism and catered to customer service. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. When I got home I noticed a small leak under the jeep that turned out to be a loose cap on the coolant reservoir that had not been tightened. When I called the dealership, they immediately sent someone to my home to add the small amount of coolant to the reservoir that was lost on the trip home and make sure everything was in working order. The person they sent out was James and he was very apologetic, courteous and anxious to fix the issue. Now that's what I call customer service and making things right. This dealership has earned my respect and my future business. With people like Jarod and James, this dealership is represented well!! More

Awesome job, as usual, by entire service department. We had our brakes go out and came in to see how soon we could get fixed. Service manager Luis was great.
