I originally purchased a used F250 truck from Pittsville Ford but discovered that it wasn't heavy duty enough for what i needed it to do. We were shopping for a new Ford truck and knew exactly where to go to get top of the line service. This is our fifth vehicle purchased through Van Salter and Bill HIll. Van and Bill have always been extremely helpful, honest and professional with us and anyone else they were dealing with while we were in the dealership. I feel they always take the extra steps to maintain a relationship way beyond the sale of their vehicles. We have always had any questions answered and issues resolved immediately if there were any to be addressed. There is honestly not one thing I could suggest they improve. As soon as I began browsing cars, Bo, the salesman approached my family and I. He was very nice and knowledge on the mustangs I was interested in. When I got back to the dealership the mustang was sitting out front and had been clean and detailed for me. After much consideration, and Bo being extremely patient I test drove a brand new mustang and decided that was the car I wanted. Bo and the manager worked up numbers to my liking and treated me very well. They were very down to earth and talked to me as if I knew them longer than a matter of hours.
