We took our 1997 Ford Ranger here to get a diagnostic run and find out why the check engine light was coming on. They said they fixed it, we drive it home and the light comes on within 3 miles of the dealer and find out why the check engine light was coming on. They said they fixed it, we drive it home and the light comes on within 3 miles of the dealership. We take it back the next day, have to leave it over the weekend. They try and charge us for another diagnostic, although we finally reasoned with them that they had not fixed it to begin with and they only charged us once. They found something else entirely worng with it that they "missed" the first time. On the drive home with the truck, it was dark and we were almost rear-ended on the highway because they "forgot" to re-hook up the brake lights and turn signal after taking the truck bed off to do repairs. It could have ended very badly. We told them about it, but they didn't seem to care. We will NEVER take any car here for service again. Be Warned!!!!! More

I don't have any qualms about recommending them to you. I have been going to this dealer for years for service, and the service personnel are highly capable and professional also. They never do any work beyond what you have requested without asking you first. They explain things in detail if you wish. They have never been condescending to me because I am a woman. I even have my non-Ford vehicles serviced there. Summary: Unless they get a new manager and the entire team turns over, I'll keep going. More
