Got the run around and double talk This Dealer gave me the run around at every turn. I contacted the this dealer on a truck I seen on craigslist. The salesman Doug was very unprofession This Dealer gave me the run around at every turn. I contacted the this dealer on a truck I seen on craigslist. The salesman Doug was very unprofessional. He emailed me to call him, never gave me info it was very unprofessional. I called him a few times, he never answered the phone. Was left on hold. I came in 3 times to talk with him, he was not around. The trucks he had on craigslist were sold he told me. They were still on there for 4 weeks after I called. He said he could get one , no problem. He never did. The Ford Dealer in Sanford got me a truck at the same auction that the salesman said his buyer was at. The salesman Doug told me no trucks were at that auction. I purchased 3 trucks and none of the from Pittsboro Ford. I was given the run around at Pittsboro Ford. I do not suggest you go to this dealer or the salesman Doug Wieland. More
Did not tell us the truth We found Pittsboro Ford to be very decepting. The salesman told us we were getting the best deal around because we live in Pittsboro. Al said you can We found Pittsboro Ford to be very decepting. The salesman told us we were getting the best deal around because we live in Pittsboro. Al said you can not find it any less anywhere, trust me. We believed Al, why would he lie to us. We did like the car and were happy with the way it drove and rode. He said that he would take care of us if we ever needed service. We made a deal to purchase the car, but wanted to have another key made since we are two drivers. He said he would make another key for us. We would have to bring it back because service would have to program it. We felt a little rushed into the deal but did not think anything of it then. We did find out the day after that a dealer in Sanford had the same car for $1500.00 less and less miles also. We called an spoke to Al, he said the deal was done nothing he could do. He said he will give us our first oil change free. We went in the dealer and spoke to the Manager, nothng happened. The extra key, we have not got yet. We call Al and he never returns our calls. We are very dissapointed in this purchase with Pittsboro Ford. We were lied to all the way through. Nothing they told us was the truth. The salesman Al has not called us back and we have not got our second key. More
Simple Questions could not be answered I usually do not write reviews but I was prompted by the salesman that we purchased our cars from. So I decided to write a review on the dealerships t I usually do not write reviews but I was prompted by the salesman that we purchased our cars from. So I decided to write a review on the dealerships that we contacted before we purchased our cars. We moved to Pittsboro about 5 months ago. We were delighted to see a Ford dealer in townas we are Ford people. My daughter just purchased an Escape in the new design. We looked at it and liked it very much. My wife decided that it may be for her. I called Pittsboro Ford and spoke with a salesman there. I asked him what models do the new Escapes come in. He did not answer and I heard a few strange sounds, then he said what model was I looking for. I told him I was not sure and wanted to know what models they come in. He did not answer only heard a strange sound. He said can I have your number and call you back. I asked him if he knew what they were. He said he was not sure and would look it up for me, he said hold on. He came back and said he would call me with the information, he could not find it in his brochure. I found that funny , it is not a hard question for a salesperson who sells them. I told him I will call someone else. His name was Doug, the same name as my brother. I did call another dealership and they knew the question right away. I did end up purchasing two vehicles from the dealer in Sanford. With our experience with Pittsboro Ford on the phone I do not think we will even use them for service. They sound very backward in there ways. More

I will never go to County Ford or Sanford Ford again. Thanks to Terry's friendly service Pittsboro Ford got my business. More
We needed another car in out family and shopped aroung . We went to 4 dealers , 1 on Cary and 2 in Raleigh. We were driving to my parents home and ran across Pittsboro Ford. We never expected to see a deale We went to 4 dealers , 1 on Cary and 2 in Raleigh. We were driving to my parents home and ran across Pittsboro Ford. We never expected to see a dealer this far out. We stopped and looked around. We were greeted by a salesperson named Terry, he was very friendly and welcomed us to the dealership. That was something none of the other dealers did. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested a few cars. He was very kind and asnswered our questions. He even showed us the history of the vehicle we found. He was not pushy or used high pressure with us. All the other dealers pressured us into buying now. Terry was not that way, we did find a car we liked and purchased it. Our experience at Pittsboro Ford was second to none , everything was perfect. Terry gave us great service and we would recommend him to anyone. We would buy another car form Terry at Pittsboro Ford. When the time comes we will. More

Terry Wilson was delightful to work with and found the exact Ford F150 we were looking for, no haggling, excellent customer service at a good price. We contacted Pittsboro Ford looking for a car we saw through AUTOTRADER.COM. The car had been sold but Terry asked what we were looking for in a used car. He listened to all our needs and found us a car through AUTOTRADER.COM. The car had been sold but Terry asked what we were looking for in a used car. He listened to all our needs and found us a car through one of the Ford Motor Credit auto auctions. It was perfect. We gave him our bid price and he was able to get it for us. We paid $1500-2500 less that what dealers in Raleigh were willing to offer us for one of their certified preowned cars...and our car wasn't a used as a rental in the Northeast, which was almost exclusively what Capital Ford and Crossroads Ford had for sale. We had a great experience and would recommend Pittsboro Ford to our friends and family. More
I purchased my 2010 Toyota Camry from Pittsboro Ford last December after months and months of shopping in the Raleigh area. Not only did their manager, Eric, give me a great deal on the price, he and his st December after months and months of shopping in the Raleigh area. Not only did their manager, Eric, give me a great deal on the price, he and his staff were all extremely friendly and down to earth people and not pushy at all. After dealing with the nightmare dealerships on Glenwood and AutoPark Cary with no luck, I ventured out to Pittsboro Ford after seeing a listing online and I'm so glad I did. I love my Camry and I've had no issues with it and I've received two personal follow up calls from the sales associate, TJ, who sold me my car just to make sure I was still satisfied and enjoying it. They really care about selling you a quality car at a fair price. I also received a very fair deal on my trade in. Other dealerships like Carmax low-balled me so much it was insulting. I hope to keep my Camry for a long time but will definitely see what Pittsboro Ford has to offer first when I'm in the market for a car again. 5 star dealership. More
Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze with 22k miles from these guys after going to several of the big dealerships in Raleigh and Cary (Leith, Capital, etc.). At the aforementioned dealerships, I ran into every sales after going to several of the big dealerships in Raleigh and Cary (Leith, Capital, etc.). At the aforementioned dealerships, I ran into every sales gimmick in the book -- Leith in particular wouldn't give me their best price unless I filled out a credit app all the way through, and they kept playing "managerial chairs" -- "let me go get our finance manager, let me go get our business manager, let me to get our sales manager," etc. Everyone was a manager. Whatever. And they wouldn't even let me walk out with a copy of their quote -- they told me "I'm sorry but we keep this, you can't have a copy of this." Cool! So I saw that Pittsboro Ford had a '12 Cruze with less miles, fully loaded, and a year newer than what I was looking at elsewhere FOR LESS. So I went to Pittsboro, was greeted by TJ, who was a fantastically pleasant man, checked out the car and then met Eric, the manager, who worked with me on my payment goals and boom, I was sold. High class service, good people, no gimmicks, and all it took was a twenty five minute drive down 64 from Raleigh. More
"Short of staff" was quoted over and over as I tried to make an appointment for my 2012 car under warranty. When I finally got an appointment, they told me they couldn't help me and to come back 4 tried to make an appointment for my 2012 car under warranty. When I finally got an appointment, they told me they couldn't help me and to come back 4 days later. I did, and they were too busy to accomodate me yet again. I was told to notify them at least four days in advance, because my car would take a long time for them, and they couldn't be sure they could provide me a rental. I asked for a weekend appointment notifying them a week in advance, but they said they would be too busy that day again. Also, they are very condescending to women. More
