Took wife’s Sedona in for electrical issues. Replaced parts and problem never resolved. Paid almost $900 for nothing. Nothing fixed. Nothing resolved. Pitre Kia on Eagle Ranch Road in Albuquerque NM has a professional and exceptional service department. Tim and the service team helped my family in a moment of need and I can't say enough how much I appr professional and exceptional service department. We were able to get a part installed and were out within an hour. Fantastic customer service and we definitely will be back for any of our future needs. More
DO NOT! !! I repeat, DO NOT take your car for service here. I'm very unsatisfied and had the worst experience ever with these folks. I brought my Kia vehicle !! I repeat, DO NOT take your car for service here. I'm very unsatisfied and had the worst experience ever with these folks. I brought my Kia vehicle to these guys with an a/c issue. They looked at it, "diagnosed" it, and gave me a quote for repair. I patiently waited for about a week, because that was as soon as they could work on it. Mind you this hot New Mexico heat is no joke and I have two little girls. They finished with the work for what they said was the "problem" with my a/c, I paid approximately $1,050 and drove away no problem. Tell me why six days later, my a/c is no longer working and so I return to this dealership for them to check out the a/c issue once again. About an hour and a half later, they tell me it's another problem and it's $3,500 to fix!!!! I was shocked as to why there's a new issue and why it's my responsibility to cover the cost. I spoke to Mr. Powers the service manager there, and also Mr. Simkins the general manager and both could not provide me with a logical explanation as to how the issue became more costly. Neither would take ownership of ordeal. All they wanted me to do was pay more money or they were gonna refund my money and we could "start over". I got my money back and had it fixed elsewhere for $60. More
This dealership made my co signer the primary owner of the vehicle and lied to me when I asked if thats what it meant when the co signer was signing as primary. Now if I pay off my vehicle I don't own it. the vehicle and lied to me when I asked if thats what it meant when the co signer was signing as primary. Now if I pay off my vehicle I don't own it. My co signer owns it and I am a co owner. WhenI called to have this fixed the sales representative talked to me like I was stupid and told me I just need to refinance it again in my name. If I was able to do that I wouldn't have needed a co signer. I just bought a house so re financing this vehicle is no where in the near future. I also don't see how that would take the co signer off of being co owner. More

When I had a few problems with the esthetics of my delivered car Shane and Nick stepped up; no questions asked; no impatient looks! I bought my last car from Pitre Buick and now it has been a pleasure working with Pitre Kia. I hope Pitre recognizes how essential these three are to them. They are why I would recommend Pitre Kia to friends and family. More
