My experience at Pitre Kia could of been better. JB had good customer service even towards the end, he tried hard not to show irritation. Francesca (Franny) as they call her had good customer service in th good customer service even towards the end, he tried hard not to show irritation. Francesca (Franny) as they call her had good customer service in the beginning, but does not do well when a customer has a issue /disagreement. Instead of giving good customer service, she makes the situation about herself, makes threats and scolds you like if you were a little kid, very unprofessional. But overall Bill made a difference by being calm and making the situation better by telling us how we would enjoy the car, and talking to us with respect. Some employees at pitre kia need more training on customer service and need to practice anger management and better communications about the process of situations, so customers aren’t surprise about certain situations. It will definitely make the situation a lot more better. P.S. I’m happy with my car, thanks. More
