I still have to go back for a third time because my truck still isn’t fixed. I went the first time and they said it was my rear brakes. Next day it was grinding. I cannot recommend this service center as they did not communicate with me even though I brought in my vehicle and I was sitting in the waiting room. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, and a communicate with me even though I brought in my vehicle and I was sitting in the waiting room. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, and after 2 hours they called my husband to ask about a tire issue instead of asking me. They then decided to change out a bad sensor without asking me or letting me know how long it would take. At lunch, evidently they all went to lunch and left me sitting there. When I finally asked them when my car would be ready after sitting there for 4-1/2 hours, the car was amazingly ready. Not a customer friendly dealer, even though we bought the new vehicle from there. More

They told us our tires were in good shape. We had to take our explorer to another place because it was shaking so bad.
