Made me feel like a liar for reporting that the issues started when I got a flat. Payed for technical troubleshooting for a couple of days after telling the service manager what was wrong. Payed 940 dollars for a patched tire, rear brakes, and two wheel speed sensors. Total rip off. Overall attitude of everyone I spoke to, other than the women, was poor. More
We had a serpentine belt break on I-20 and was towed to Pioneer Ford. Everyone there was super friendly and they worked us in as quickly as they could to get us back on the road. We would highly recommend Pioneer Ford. Everyone there was super friendly and they worked us in as quickly as they could to get us back on the road. We would highly recommend Pioneer and my daughter said we should make the 90 mile trip when we are in the market for another vehicle. More

When the key is wiggled the open door alarm bell stops working and the seat doesn’t operate correctly. After a couple of phone calls I decided they were not capable of replacing the ignition switch so I just picked my truck up and am going to find a reputable mechanic to fix it. More

I normally get great service at Pioneer Ford. This time was the exception. I expected to get The Works for $64.99 as usual. I wasn’t told otherwise at the counter. When my car was ready I saw on the form that my tires were not rotated and my brakes not checked. After I asked, I was told the tires couldn’t be rotated due to the tread depth. So the tires weren’t pulled to check the brakes. I understand the rule about the restriction on tire rotation. It wasn’t explained to me until I asked. So I didn’t get The Works but paid the new price for a regular oil change. A Ford coupon is now needed to get the works for $64.99. Nothing was explained ahead of time. Communication needs to be improved. I still believe Pioneer is the best local Ford service department and will continue to go there. More
