The folks in the service department at Pilson Auto Center (Chrysler) were all very good: friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Pilson's. We received an email from Carfax that Pilson's wanted to purchase our car. So we went over to see what they could do for us. We received a phone call as soon as we pulled into the parking lot and the lady of the phone told us to ask for Ryan. A very nice gentleman named Murray came out and greeted us and we told him we were told to ask for Ryan. Murray told us he would go tell Ryan that we were there. Ryan apparently was to busy to come out because Murray came out and said that he was going to be the one helping us. I was put off that we were told to ask for someone and they were too busy to come and meet us. Murray was awesome! We had a couple of vehicles in mind that we saw on the website and Murray was more than helpful in finding the vehicles for us and to get us set up with test driving them. My one and only complaint was when we had to deal with Ryan. He was not friendly at all! He was down right rude! He made me feel that I was a nobody and that I didn't know what I was talking about. It was a good thing we got Murray to help us with our vehicle purchase and not Ryan because we probably wouldn't have stayed. Jason was awesome to work with also! I told him about my dealings and opinion of Ryan. We were at Pilson's for a few hours and Ryan kept on glaring at me from his office. He would not even go out and do the final inspection on the new vehicle before we left. We are very thankful that we got to deal with Murray and Jason. I will never deal with Ryan again. You need more people working at Pilson's like Murray and Jason and a lot less people working there like Ryan! You would think that the sales manager of a business would be a little more friendly to the customers spending thousands and thousands of dollars at the dealership. More
