I wouldn't recommend this dearship to anybody. The salesman George Deleon was incredible.He sold 2 vehicles to my wife and me in less than 3 weeks. Awesome job. Unfortunately the rest of the employees at Pilsonauto are not as energetic. Why is it taking soooo long to deliver a car?...Maybe a change in leadership at this particular dealer. I sent Brandon, finance officer, a letter of complaint today which I quess he decided to ignore. You would figure buying 2 cars in less than 3 weeks would motivate people at Pilsonauto to move to satisfy a displeased customer, but apparently that's not the work ethic there. My car door was wind damaged. I had an 8:00 am Monday appt and 10 minutes after I had arrived they told me the hinges hadn't been painted and I had to come back. When I called a week later the lady said she'd call me back in a half hour and never did. I finally called again a few days later and got another appointment. I told them I wanted a car to drive as it was to be a three hour fix. When I got there I was told it would take ALL DAY! But I did have a car so I spent the day in town. Got the car around 4:00 pm and drove home, noticing wind noise through the drivers door. When I got home I noticed a 1/4 inch gap. I called them and they said to bring it back. I had other plans for the weekend so took it in and they fixed it in thirty minutes. I am happy with the fix, no wind noise. There are several new service staff and I wonder if the owner has trained them properly. I did have to wait in the waiting room and the TV is not working and hasn't been fixed in months. It has a blue screen. More
