Took my Cummins in for a rear main seal fix. Well they fixed it but tore my transmission apart doing it. Now I need a new transmission rebuilt when the transmission was rebuilt less than 25,000 Well they fixed it but tore my transmission apart doing it. Now I need a new transmission rebuilt when the transmission was rebuilt less than 25,000 miles ago. I don’t know if they just forgot to refill the transmission after dropping it out to access the rear main seal but the transmission was bone dry and the bands were burnt. Their customer service is very good but overall they caused more of a headache due to the transmission issues I’m having now that were not pre-existing. More
