I would never have driven out to Ardmore if it wasn't for Autotrader.com. I was starting to have issues with my second Jetta and needed to find a solid yet affordable replacement, and I found a beautiful used CC at a deal on the site that led me to the guys at Piazza. Mike was extremely helpful (even without an appointment) and took me on a nice long test drive, on which he didn't appear to fear for his life as tested the car on the twisty turning road! I was not "wowed" by the drive in the CC, so Mike urged me to test drive the 2014 Jetta GLI on the lot (only 10k miles) and I loved it!! His no pressure style was very welcome and from there the paperwork went very smoothly. I love the car and the deal! The whole experience was easy, fairly quick (as far as car buying experiences go) and really enjoyable. I would recommend them for your next car buying experience - and of course, I'll always recommend a VW! More

The sales manager (Jamie Difebo) was busy at the Acura dealership, so they sent an inexperienced kid out to help me, of which he was none. They had sold the car I had inquired about, and that was the end of the conversation. More

I purchased my first VW here in 2003 (best price in the area) and have used the service department to this day. When I wanted to replace the 2003 in 2013, I used Consumer Reports buying service and received a substantially better price from a dealership in South Jersey. All of the Pennsylvania dealership prices were curiously similar. When I wanted to buy a package of two map updates for my navigation system, I bought it through the Parts department at Piazza VW. They were not informed about the MapCare product, but they researched it and ordered it for me. When the first update arrived I picked it up at the Parts Dept. So far so good. When I inquired about the second update a year later, I found that I was supposed to have registered the product and without that registration I could not obtain the second update. I was given no instruction about registering. I don't believe that Jim in the Parts dept. did all he could to help resolve the matter. I had given him a phone number and the name of someone at the map company who promised to help, but he did not make the call. Jim checked only with his rep who said nothing could be done without the original registration. I will order future updates without troubling the dealership. More

I had a small tear in the cloth upholstery of my Beetle. I called the service department and asked them to order a replacement for the bottom portion of the seat and to notify me when I could come in and get the work done. Later that day, I received a call from Ken Dacanay, one of the fabulous service people who comprise Neil Berger’s team. Ken said he had been informed by the Service Dept. that I had ordered the seat and although they would be happy to replace it, they could repair it for a fraction of the $700 cost of replacement. I brought it in, they repaired it completely, it looks brand new, and they charged me $45. Piazza is the most customer-focused service department I have ever encountered. More

I met with Mike Robinson at my scheduled appointment time and he got right to work on figuring out an offer that included the promotional mailing + additional incentives that my husband and I found to be very satisfactory. He was very personable, honest, knowledgeable and, very importantly, patient with us. He even called me to ask me what type of cell phone I have so that he could order me the correct MDI cable for the car. When it was time to come in to sign the papers he had everything all organized and ready for us which helped expedite the process. My husband appreciated Mike's professionalism so much that he is considering working with him again over the next few weeks to trade in our used car for another VW. We've grown to love the VW cars and are even more delighted that we now have a competent salesperson Mike at Piazza to do our business with. More
