We even brought our daughter in who had leased a Mini Cooper and turned out not to like it very much. They were able to get her out of the Mini and into a new Jetta as well. We have been servicing the vehicles in Ardmore ever since as I work in the area and they seem like an honest and knowledgeable bunch in service. Can’t say one bad thing. Have definitely reccomended friends to sales and service! More
Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this dealership It’s funny you never hear the same people that complain tell you how much the dealership helped you under warranty. Most people that own a German car NEGLECT the cars maintenance that is needed or put off repairs till it’s too late then they come on here and complain the dealership is horrible. Piazza VW is a great place, filled with great people. Vince always takes the time to explain repairs and Sean the service manager has put together a great team to get the job done. My true thoughts are that the are racist and discrimate because you will not get any type of service if you don’t have a newer model care. I purchased a CPO car here in March 2018 and have only been able to put 600 miles on it due to the amount of fatal problems , which they want me to fix. When has a clutch ever failed in 600 miles (12k total on the car)? They originally admitted to the problem during a settlement offering a return of the car and additional cash, then changed tune after two months of avoidance in which they lied about the problems and settlement terms. Very hard to reach for service, lying to customers about problems, shady business in general. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere. More

Turns out there were incentives that they wanted to get and keep but never told me about them. If they had been upfront with me I probably would’ve gone along with the deal but he made me feel like a fool and I had to find out later on my own. Going into this car buying process, I've already done my research on what vehicle I wanted and the price range I can afford. With the information I've provided to VW Ardmore I thought it was going to be easy and simple; but it wasn't Emails from Danit was short and simple; none of my questions were fully answered but with "Visit our dealership first & test drive, etc. (Standard sales statements). I oblige knowing this is the process but once we sat down and talk about the numbers, it was just a waste of time. Neil, the sales-rep provided numbers with their promotional rates on paper and when ask if they can provide more details on how numbers were calculated, it wasn't given. We calculated the numbers that we were offered and a surplus appeared compared to the listed price on their website. Unfortunately Neil couldn't provide an answer and had to go back and forth to a "Manager". Soon Danit appeared and informed us the "proper" promotional deal and how it can't be worked out. From the very beginning, I have informed VW Ardmore that I did not want to waste their time and want them to waste my time. Knowing their promotional deal/rates that couldn't be provided wasn't disclosed first thing which really rubs off the wrong way. Once I walked out and in my car, a gentleman (assuming its the GM) came up to my window and asked why am I confused? I informed him I'm not confused, I understood "their" promotion and method but it wasn't disclosed first thing and its not what I was looking for. Please don't waste. More

Told me my brakes would not pass any they are fine, also told me to replace my blinker assembly for the wipers/fluid pump and it was simply a fuse. THEY LIE ABOUT WORKING ON YOUR CAR AND CHARGE YOU!!!! Told me they were dropping my fender and never did it. Charged me $125 just to look at it. DON'T GO HERE More

I drove from 35 minutes north of NYC to have the pleasure of dealing with these guys and the trip was well worth it! Daniel did everything he could, with constant contact and updates on the vehicle, and even quoted my trade right over email which was very convenient. If they have the vehicle you're looking for, there isn't much reason to look elsewhere. Thanks Piazza! More
Vague and Misleading Internet Sales Communication "Internet Sales Manager" is intentionally vague and misleading. I drove a long way with the intent of purchasing a quality CPO VW, with the assumption "Internet Sales Manager" is intentionally vague and misleading. I drove a long way with the intent of purchasing a quality CPO VW, with the assumption of being in the ballpark of my budget. Turns out the Tiguan had serious exterior scratches, and substantial interior cosmetic blemishes. This car was nowhere near the quality of other CPO VW vehicles I have seen. My frustrations multiplied when I realized the dealership had no intentions of working around the numbers we had discussed in email with the "Internet Sale Manager". The GM (a self-proclaimed appraisal expert) then proceeded to belittle me and question my pricing and research strategies. Despite an overall poor experience and wasting my time... I would like to make note that Neil, the sales guy we drove with was GREAT. He was one of the most personable salesmen I have ever driven with. Two thumbs up! We took our business a few miles down the road, and had a much better experience Wynn VW in Norristown. If you are looking to save time, and do business online with Piazza proceed with skepticism and caution. Get the quote in writing, and don't trust words like "we can work on that price for you" or "that's absolutely doable". I'm not the kind of person that writes negative reviews. I'm the kind of person who could get served the wrong item in a restaurant, and I would still eat it. BUT this was just one of those things that was so intentionally misleading, and the GM was so pompous I couldn't let it slide. More
